At Emblaze, we want you to love every piece you receive. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer size exchanges or store credit, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility & Process
In case the item doesn’t fit you properly, we’re happy to assist with complimentary alterations or a size exchange. 

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once received and approved by our team, the size exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Please Note:

  • Returns are not accepted once an item is dispatched or delivered. Only exchange or store credit is applicable.

  • Items that are used, altered, or returned without original tags will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

  • Custom-made orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Sale or discounted merchandise is not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases — such as receiving a defective product, an incorrect order, or a delivery beyond the committed timeline.

  • To initiate the refund process, please share a clear unboxing video where the issue is visibly evident. Once reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be processed. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
