Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Emblaze creation, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Relatively, fashion is an evolution.
We offer returns & exchange only if the outfit is defective or the outfit’s wrong size is sent from our end, then you can hassle-freereach out to us within 7 day’s from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Customers can directly place an exchange/return request from our website. Customers will have to pay 150 Rs shipping charges before placing an Exchange/Return request.
For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided
Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
